2025 will be a year of change ! I know that within a few weeks only it’s already been an intense start for a lot of you across the Atlantic with the fires in Los Angeles as well as the new politic landscape. Wherever you are and wherever you stand, I’d like to send you my deepest sympathy. The entire world is navigating a lot of drama and turmoil, and all the crisis we face – near or far – can make us experience anxiety and bitterness and may make us feel lost without any landmark or inspiring figures to keep our spirits lifted.
In times like this, I believe it’s essential to be able to find meaning in what’s happening. All my life, I’ve always looked for was answers that could help me make sense of the bigger picture. Whether it is for a personal struggle or larger global questions, I’ve always needed to understand where I stand and the context that surrounds me. What I found to be offer insight and clarity as well as granting me with the gifts of perspective and distance is ... astrology !

A new 18-month evolutionary axis
On the 11th of January, the lunar nodes began their journey in the Pisces – Virgo axis. A new 18 month cycle is starting and will question themes such as control, perfectionism, rationality and science VS feelings, trust, spirituality and faith. Like a compass, it points to a direction we are encouraged to explore. Until July 2026, we may face situations that feel boundless and irrational. These events, often confusing and lacking clear limits, might defy logic yet carry profound emotional weight. Amid the emotional tsunami and blurred boundaries, our instinct may be to control, rationalize, and compartmentalize to avoid feeling like we’re drowning. Over this period of time, we will be challenged to find balance between the infinitely small and the infinite large. We will be shown that constantly doing and acting in concrete terms may not be the only path available. When our actions are driven solely by material goals, disconnected from the heart, they can lead to crippling perfectionism and an obsession with control. There are always countless details to manage, corners to tidy, and boxes to check—a never-ending cycle of optimization. In times when we easily rely on logic and over-analysis, it’s important to remember our subtle, divine, and spiritual nature. When Virgo is very much about DOING, Pisces is all about BEING and feeling. Let’s watch out for our human beings not to turn into human doings...
How would our daily lives shift if we chose to lean into faith over control ? What if the most profound actions we can take during this time were subtle ones ? A moment of deep compassion, an act of trust, or a prayer. What if embracing the intangible was more powerful ?
It reminds me of an intense conversation late at night around the Christmas table with my family. As we discussed global challenges and the overwhelming sense of uncertainty, I was explaining my point of view and was constantly asked “but what can we actually DO ? ” . The conversation always circled back to the same question : “What do we DO in our daily life to fix things?”.
As difficult as it can be to believe, acting on faith and trusting in the midst of chaos and confusion requires immense courage. Let spirituality guide our human experience, reminding us that the subtle and the tangible work hand in hand.

From a decade of Earth & Water to Fire & Air !
Over the year 2025, all the outer planets will be changing signs. After years and sometimes even decades in earth and water energies, they will now be activating fire and air energies ! Outer planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. As opposed to the inner ones (Mercury, Venus, Mars) which impact our personalities, outer planets are much slower and take part in shaping our society as well as generations.
We’ve all been working so long on renovating new structures (Pluto in Capricorn 2008-2024), freeing ourselves from a too still matter (Uranus in Taurus 2018-2025), and connecting to spirituality (Neptune in Pisces 2012-2025), it seems it is time for actual shifts to take place. Fire is about willpower and action, Air is about conceptualizing and communicating ideas. No one can know what it’s going to lead too but I’m confident it’s going to be more dynamic, more daring and very fast-paced. Just as the world underwent profound changes in the 90s and 2000s, we can expect a new cycle to emerge, shaping a radically different world.
- First, we ended 2024 with Pluto moving to Aquarius (Air) after 16 year in Capricorn ! It will be working the land of Aquarius until 2044 through a very deep work about transforming the values and the ideologies of our society, about the collective dynamic while protecting the freedom of all and respecting our uniqueness.
- On the 31st of March 2025, Neptune slides into Aries (Fire) ! Neptune is finishing its 13 years transit in Pisces and thus completes a full cycle around the zodiac. It is starting a whole new chapter ! While it is the planet of union, faith and dissolution, Aries is about individuality and assertivity. We may see spirituality channeled into activism, or individuals courageously finding new ways to live out their spiritual truths. It’s a time for breaking free from old patterns and embracing more dynamic and bold expressions of faith.
- Uranus goes to Gemini (Air) on July 8. Bye bye Taurus and hello the lively and exploratory realm of Gemini ! Uranus is going to blow winds of freedom into ideas and communications. It is the planet of freedom meeting the light-hearted, dynamic and quick energy that is Gemini. With cosmic vibes encouraging freedom of thought and speech, information and news will be very intense and overwhelmingly scattered in all directions. It seems to be a great time for self-expression, to support openness and tolerance, but also a time for over stimulated minds.
- Saturn will visit Aries (Fire) from May 26. Saturn represents authority and leaders. With Saturn, the planet of discipline, in Aries, we can expect leaders to act with a direct, assertive approach, they will probably be bold and even reckless in both their action and decision-making process. On an individual level, Saturn’s transit through Aries challenges us to take full accountability for our actions and decisions. While Aries’ bold energy encourages direct action and assertiveness, Saturn brings the discipline needed to ensure those actions are grounded in responsibility and self-awareness. This transit may push us to reflect on our impulses, aligning them with a sense of purpose and integrity. It’s a call to lead with courage but also with mindfulness, recognizing that true strength lies in balancing determination with thoughtful consideration.
- Jupiter enters the caring waters of Cancer on June 10, bringing a soft and gentle energy that will influence the second half of 2025. This transit will amplify the nurturing and supportive qualities of Cancer, fostering an environment where trust, sensitivity, wellness, and family-like bonds can flourish. Jupiter’s influence will encourage emotional care. However, the expansive nature of Jupiter could also lead to some challenges. There may be a tendency toward laxity and a lack of personal responsibility, so let’s watch out not to mistake trust for idleness.
As we step into 2025, the cosmic shifts invite us to embrace change with curiosity, faith and courage. With the lunar nodes now in the Pisces-Virgo axis, we are asked to balance our need for control and perfection with trust, faith, and spiritual growth.
